Need distributor help
I bought a rebuild distributor from auto zone and only now am I realizing something funky: This distributor/cap does not look anything like my stock setup, my stock one was wider and had the male side plugs. Bare with me as I do not know much about distributors. here is a pic 
Is this what a 77 <a href="http://motorhaven.autoanything.com/"><a href="http://motorhaven.autoanything.com/">460 </a></a>distributor should look like or does it matter? I just cant figure out why they would do that. Thanks.

All I see missing is the cap adapter used to mount the larger hei style cap to the <a href="http://motorhaven.autoanything.com/">460 </a>Distributor. You should have the old cap adapter on your old distributor just swap it and your good to go. Eric
