hey does anyone know what has happen to David Letterman? i've been watching to late show for around 2 weeks now and all he has had is guest hosts. hope he didn't have heart attack or have problems with his heart surgery. any know anything?

Let's hope Dave gets better real quick from this horrible syndrome.
A fellow worker got back in the 70's and he suffered bad.

I'm no MD, but I think it's the same virus/infection that causes chicken pox, only slightly mutated. It shows up as a really painful rash and bumps. Just moving can be excruciating. It usually only lasts around a week or so, but it can be long and drawn out. Obvioulsy Dave has the nasty kind.

That, or he's taking a well deserved vacation on a beach somewhere.
