Headbolt torque confusion FE390

Hello all , I need to check the torque on my 390, I've been searching the Internet & I found a couple sites that call for 80 to 90 Ft lbs, another that calls for 140Ft lbs & yet others that call for 110Ft lbs on top bolts 100Ft lbs on bottom bolts,

90 is what the stock 390s used but the GT used the same as the 428CJ, 105. I always use 105 but I also use new bolts too.
