AC Question
I have a 87 F-350 that was charged about two months ago. After it was charged it blew real cold air for about 5 minutes then the AC stopped working again. I have tried it out since and it hasn't worked. Today after driving about 15 minutes I turned on the AC and it was blowing real cold air out. I stopped and turned of the truck and when I restarted the AC wasn't working. I left it on and after about 10 or 15 minutes it slowly got colder and when I turned it off was blowing real cold air again. What could it be the compressor? I know nothing about AC systems.

Too much clutch gap would be high on the suspects list and it's simple to check.
When it doesn't cool, check to see if the compressor is engaged. If not, tap the clutch face with a screwdriver handle and see if it engages. If it does, the gap is too wide.
