Dana44 death wobble?

I have a 68 bronco with a D44 frount end. It has a front disc break conversion. I was driving when all of a sudden it started to wobble and make a lot of noise, the hub also go really hot. After it cooled i pulled the Hub and saw that it was torn to ****. All the gears for the Hub were stripped, So i put in a new hub (same make and model hub) and now when i put it all on the axle and tighten it down the rotor and hub still feel loose on the axle, the other side of the axle seems a lot firmer, any ideas?

Sounds like you need new wheel bearings on that side or at least adjusted up.

Also make sure none of your bolts came loose that bolt your spindle to your steering knuckle, or that your spindle was damaged
