Clutch Pedal
i Am Wanting To Get Rid Of my AOD in My truck and go to a manual tranny my question is will a clutch pedal assembly out of a 73-79 fit in my truck or would one from a 80-82 fit better my truck is an 85

70's is not going to fit as far as I know. The 80-82 are the early mechanical clutch styles, and I would avoid them unless you get a early tranny/bellhousing setup. Most people swapping in manual trannies want the 5 speed trannies with overdrive for fuel mileage. If you are going this route, you will need the pedal assembly out of a around 83ish-86 with a hydraulic clutch, since all the 5 speeds use it.
