Sucked into AC?

Sucked into AC?

We spilled some foam packing peanuts in a friend's 2010 F150 4 Door and now he claims the AC is blowing weak on the passenger side and hums.

I haven't had a chance to witness what he's talking about and he swears his vents are opened all the way. Does anybody know if it's possible something could have been sucked into the vent circuits?

If he put the A/C into max position, it's VERY possible.... MAX A/C is recirculating the cabin air.

Is there a first place we should check or is total dashboard disassembly in our future?
