can you guys tell me what the best kind of mufflers and exhaust systems are for high performance as well as the sounds and of coarse the price? this is for my friends lightning look alike(97' f-150 xl or xlt 4.6). and for my (88' Bronco5.8)

 

Well Ive owned Gibson, Flowmaster, and Bassani currently. I have liked them all. The Flowmasters had the best sound. The Gibsons were the quietest in the cab, and had a low rumble to them. The Bassanis have a good tone to them, not too loud in the cab either.

I put an Edelbrock RPM series on my '85. Fairly mellow, but deep tone, and great performance.

 

I have a Magna flow exhaust! It's awesome!!
