I have a couple VIN deocders, and, a set of factory manuals... Thanks to the manuals, I can decode everything on the toor tag and then some...

Hmmmm, my '83 F-250 has trans. code K. According to the "Transmission Spotters Guide" on the home page of this site says the C6 was made from '66 to '79. It also says the shift pattern is P-R-N-D-1-2. Mine is P-R-N-D-2-1. Can anyone explain this?
