so, installing new clutch. when to torque the bolts, one sheared off. went to the store and got the puller, it sheared off too. Is backed out enough to keep it from moving laterally, should i just leave 5 outta 6 bolts? i tried to drill out the puller, no luck! any suggestions?

If you have an "easy out" broken off in a bolt in the flywheel (I'm assuming that's the case) and you don't think you can get it out, remove the flywheel and take it to a machine shop. It's going to cost very little compared to a new flywheel.

I had the same problem...3 bolts later I went to a different store. I was getting grade 8 bolts...WTF? They looked like pot metal inside. No way I should be able to break a grade 8 bolt with less than 25ft-lbs of torque.
Lucky for me they broke off outside of the flywheel so some vice grips could still get on em.
