Keyless entry remote????
I have read as much as I can find in these forums about the keyless remote. My truck came with a FOB, but the battery was coroded and dead. I have bought a new FOB, but I can not get the truck to enter programming mode. I have turned the key from off to on a thousand times and still nothing. I talked to the guy that owned it before me and he said it has keyless entry. Any suggestions on how to get it to enter programming mode?

Hi ibcraig0 and welcome to FTE 
Have you checked all your fuses? If the fuses are all good you may have a problem with your RAP (remote anti-theft personality) module. Your dealer can check it for trouble codes and can also look to see if it is going into programming mode on their scanner.
I wouldn't be surprised if others here have seen the same problem and migth have some answers too.
