Fuel Tank Leak and Cleaning up Fuel Spill

SO i came out the other day to puddle under my truck. GREAT...15 gallons of diesel fuel were dripping out of my tank. Aside from the environmental mess Im loosing $$$ by the minute! I managed to run to the store and buy a few 5 gallon buckets with lids and have been collecting it since. It's still leaking out.

How can I repair a fuel tank hole? I'm going to assume without looking at the leak that it must have started internally so I probably need a new tank?

Second, is it safe to reuse the collected fuel? The buckets were as clean as possible and hopefully no rain water got into them. Any suggestions as to how I can filter and reuse the fuel? Should I throw in a whole bunch of diesel kleen or power services stuff to help absorb any possible water?

Lastly any suggestions on cleaning the fuel off the driveway? Products, etc. I've been throwing down kitty litter for now but ultimately need to 'degrease' the driveway.

Thanks!
Al
