Hey guys, taking a break as well. Cut part of the yard this a.m., came over to the in-laws to grill some chicken for them, then back home to finish cutting later this evening...
hey y'all, back in from trying to get the four wheeler ready for my son-in-law. Looks like it needs a new battery. Ran fine after I jump started it. Tried to call him but no answer. I put the charger on it to see if it will take a charge.
Good day Alabama, Tim, Caleb and Steve. Been a busy day. Daughter and her family were over for a late Father's Day and a cookout. Son-in-law mowed and trimmed the yard. I cooked pork chops, potatoes and onions, squash and onions and corn on the cob on the grill. I sliced up a few tomatoes from my half barrels. Nothing better than fresh off the plant tomatoes. Gave a few green ones to my daughter so she can fry them. Then got called in early to work. Seems the schedule had a hole in it.
I think I need a new son - n - law.
Hello Ala. Hope everyone had a great weekend.
I spent the day working on my new 96 F-250 Crew. 7.3. It has not been ran in over two years. I put two batteries in and Deisel clean in the filter yesterday. I turned it over to see what I could see and it cranked. Oil pressure good , temp good. Drove it around town and nothing. I thought someting went wrong when it cranked, was not exspecting it. Turned out to be a good day.
Well guys I guess it is good morning and good night...just got in from a lock in at the church...our youth pastor asked me to stay and help him, so I just got in...long night rough start to the day...half a mile from the house and the wiring in the engine bay in my 78 started smoking...truck shut off, had to leave it in an empty lot, jog home...will have it towed later this afternoon to start trouble shooting and find out what I need to do...off to grab a quick shower then some rest...
