Power memory seats?

Does any one know when the power memory seats option came out. Its the option to have different seat positions settings for different drivers. Did it come out in 06 or 08 or when? Thanks guys

Not in 2006 for the SuperDuties... I wish mine had it. I hate figuring out where to put my seat after someone else drives my truck.

I don't think so. I don't beleave I have ever seen a SD with that option.
