Neil it was very good.Cooked until it split open then to a small hoggie bun some Bellview horseradish mustard.mmmmmmmmmm!

Ken yes I am.My next big venture is a rack of pork ribs unseasoned.Scott would you have any suggestions for when I do it.Here is what I am working with.Homade charcoal pretty good size grill with a temp. gauge.I am not sure how much it ways.
