I just checked the news report on this and they spoke with the Assemblyman. This would effect pet stores, kennels and similar places. It will not effect homeowners which I am glad to hear.

Looks that way. I had to disappear for a bit when the storm came through. Still dealing with storm damage. I have facilities coming in to fix some bldg damage right now.
