94 f250 starter?

Hey, I have an 94 turbo diesel can anyone give me the part# for the sarter I need. I was at 3 different part stores today the starter they wanted to give me the gear was not sticking or come out enough to touch the fly wheel. Is there a different one for a 94.5?

Is it the Powerstroke or the IDI?

Are you wiring them up correctly?

I guess it is the idi with the factory turbo. It is wired up corectly and works but is not long enough to touch the fly wheel
