Question for the Texans
How much are you paying to register your 6.0 trucks in Texas? My registration in California this year is $423 plus smog.

My 05 4x4 is about $54 as a farm vehicle. It was about $75 as a standard road vehicle.

Just got mine in the mail last week. The price is $86.31. This is for standard Texas Truck tags. My truck is a 03 F-250 SD 6.0.

Yeah, and you should see how bad the roads are even paying that kind of cash.

In NV they base registration costs off of KBB value. First year was over $900. Now that's it's getting older, they're only soaking me for $286 this year. Add fifty bucks for smog every year also.

My wife's 05 Durango costs about the same to register so it's not just pickup trucks.
