air injection question
Yeah, some genius plumbed the side by side down pipes into separate side by side cats, then a 'Y' into the muffler and into a single tailpipe. (The PO tried to tell me it was a custom Banks exhaust system, I just laughed to myself and thought about how badly the idiot was ripped off, the whole exhaust system was pretty much a hack job but I don't have the $$ to purchase the correct parts, so I'm just gonna make the best of it for now.)So anyway, did the stock exhaust actually use 2 air injection lines going to the OE cat or do I need to block off/remove one of the valves on the engine and just use one injection line? I plan on using the twin down pipes from the parts truck, connect them into a 'Y' pipe and tap into the single cat system that's on my F250 right now.
