Hey John! help
I can't find the low pressure fill valve on my E 350 7.3.
Where did they hide it, did they have GM engineers work for them that year?
I know my pump is working, sounds good, but won't start so I crossed the pressure switch and the pumps fine, but I suspect the charge is down.

I think they tucked it under the cowl, open the hood and look up around the center of the hood opening.

LOL Did GM engineers work there when they designed the vans!
You can get to it by 2 ways, open the hood, reach way in with your arm, or the easiest witch is how I did it, remove the dog house.
It's directly under the dash, somewhere in the middle, right over the air cleaner bowl.
Awww the joys of working on vans....

Thanks John, I love taking that cover off, oh well, good time to look for that air intrusion.

Unbolt the passenger seat and move it in the back of the van.
I made it a habit of doing this whenever I have to remove the dog house on my camper. Makes it so much easier and nice to work on.
Only time I wouldn't bother removing it is if I have to take it off on the go, if i'm away from home.
.....it's something you get use to doing when your a van man

I can get it out ok, it's just abit of a chinese puzzle to wiggle it in.
As I'm sure you know, it's just a stupid job.
If I take the seat out I'll take both out, they're back breakers and I have some nice seats with full power from my Caravan that I think will fit.
Like I said, I can try to find the air leak in the return lines, maybe just change them all since I did the o rings already.

*sigh* Vans are meant for people who are disabled and camping, not going from 0-100 in John....

Mine was an ambulance in it's former life so that doesn't count, and John may have camping emergencies.
