No. You leave it unplugged so the PCM doesn't command the EBPV to operate and flood the chamber with oil which can rob the turbo of oil since the chamber is no much larger.

Do you know what are some of the conditions that need to be present for the PCM to command the EBPV to operate?
just wondering if it will set a code and then the engine might run differently. I don`t like pulling sensors off and not knowing the ramifications of not reinstalling it.I just installed a new turbo ($$$$) and i don`t want it to go south prematurely from something stupid i did.
you can get a plug for it from dfuser. i have one and it works nice. probably cheaper to make your own but the whole resistor electronic stuff eludes me.....
