Any warranty Issues??

Hi,
I'm just wondering if anyone has had any warranty issues with their trucks?
I had some minor things replaced under warranty...
including ... Rear Axle Front Seal, O2 Sensor, and a front lug nut cover.
Other then that i am thrilled with the truck and it has surpassed my expectations. I've owned it since September 2010.

Other than a TSB flash in December that was supposed to help with the shifting issues and passenger door window bottom seal fixed, nothing major at all so far.

Had to merge into 75 MPH traffic from a stop Thursday with very little on-ramp and this truck brings a smile to my face everytime I have to do that (assuming it doesn't fail a shift).

No issues with mine. I only have 2,300 miles and about 1.5 months old.

Had the right front wheel hop when hitting a bump at 45 MPH+, missing retainer clip on rear seat back release handle and a front end alignment issue. The dealership took care of them.

I agree the power is amazing. Not sure if it is the Michelin's, but I have a hard time not spinning the tires on fast acceleration. It seems worse when pulling the boat.

Hi
Keep an eye on your rads, just had mine replaced on friday, very minor leak, dealer indicated a defect in rads built between startup and sept.of 2010.

It has been reported here by a Ford engineer that the warranty rate on engine repairs is less than 1 repair in 1 thousand engines. I have had an engine fan clutch and one injector replaced so I have personally covered more than 2000 fellow owners...you're welcome...

No issues here! Great truck! I did the reflash and it totally cleared up the once a month miss shift between 2+3rd.

The am/fm side of my of my radio quit working Friday. Its like the antenna became unplugged, but it started working again the next day. I kept thinking I had hit the mute button or left my phone on.

You already had an injector issue? Yikes.

I knew when I posted the injector that it would not take long for someone to comment. The injector was working fine except for an intermittent miss, only after a long cold soak and only for a minute or so. This would light a CEL. Investigation revealed an intermittent I/C chip on injector #1. I never noticed the miss because it was winter time and I always remote started the truck.l By the time I got out to the truck, the miss was gone. It took leaving the truck overnight at the dealership for the true cause to be revealed. The dealer followed Ford's detailed diagnosis chart and easily identified the problem. More dealers should be as diligent.

I am not at all concerned about injector issues with the new Bosch system. AFAIK, I am the only FTE regular with an injector replacement and I know it was an electrical anomaly, not a mechanical injector failure. I do not let the small things get me worked up. 250,000 new 2011 6.7 Fords are piling up over a billion and a half miles out there with almost no issues at all. Sometimes things happen...roll with them

Regards

In 10,500 miles I had the turbo replaced and a rattle in the door that didn't get fixed before I ended up trading it.

The turbo wasn't necessary, as the noise it was making ended up being almost normal; the new one made a similar noise!

Only 1 so far. Been to my doctor for muscle relaxers to get this grin off of my face

Seriously, only issue thus far is the shifting irregularities. Have not had it flashed yet, but will soon.

10,000 plus miles, no issues at all other than having to drive like an old man so I don't wear out my tires taking off. I am very happy with the truck.

Took mine in today for being lopsided on the rear driver side about 1" and the front passenger door not aligned.
