1990 E350. 4.9l. No spark, & no prime. Jumped the pump to the battery- pump's good. Relay's are new, fuel pump relay isn't clicking... New coil, dist., cap, rotor, wires & plugs... New lock cylinder, switch interruptor, AND modulator... Just rebuilt the motor, It ran for about 30 mins... The no prime was kind of intermittant for a little bit- any time it would prime, it would fire... now I've got nothing. CEL comes on, and I've swapped the PCM with another used one just to rule that out... Any ideas??

Sounds like your not getting voltage supplied to the fuel pump and possible other things. Start at the battery and make sure you get voltage from there to all other components. Make sure you are getting battery voltage to the fuel pump relay. You could possibly have a bad fuseable link or ground issue.
