I Have a 08 E250 4.6 getting code po306 misfire #6 what should I check or change first and where is # 6 looking from the front of truck looking at the seats the driver,s seat on my right # 1 is where and #6 is where oh 57,342 miles

This was a first asking for some help on this site and getting none. oh well I changed the plug and coil and all is good. I think if I would have put f150 and not E 250 I would have had some replys. ha ha

You're likely better off putting this under the gas engine 4.6 & 5.4 forum.
