Looks nice! I might lift my truck someday. Right now I just want to put on some 350 blocks front and rear. Anyone know a good shop around Fort Worth, TX?
I was afraid to take it off road too but i figured it is the biggest truck in this area so it shouldnt have any problems. i just wont go back out in this clay like mud... it sucks.
350 blocks front and rear.... every shop i talked to said NO WAY on blocks up front.
LOL The car wash guy was me.. after $20 in quarters at the pressure washing coin wash.. and another 4 hrs at home underneath it with a hose. I managed to get most of it off. I then spent 3 hrs today on it washing, waxing and cleaning the inside. Managed to do the High Idle Mod while I was at it. All in all I dont think ill be playing in the Bama Clay anymore
Nice truck. I've been to that truck stop for the life of me I can't think of where it is at. Yea we have some very wierd ground here in bama. You can sink in second. You better have them wheels spinning to sling the clay out or you'll start gumming up and spinning.
I have 4x4 drive not for mud but we have sand, red/gray clay, red land, loose stone and shell. It can be a nightmare getting a trailer moving in the field if you don't want to sling stuff all over you truck or make ruts. I bet it was a pain to wash. I have a pressure washer it comes in handy.
Im stationed here at Fort Rucker and Live in Enterprise.. Not sure where Uniontown is but I have been to Andalusia a few times. Im only here in Bama for another month or two, then im off to Alaska.
