At speeds around 45 or so my 91 Bronco shudders rather violently when I tip into the throttle. If I back off, the vibration stops. If I tip back in it will start again. If you go real easy it doesn't seem to show up even up to 70 or 80. The problem is not engine related. I've recently installed a rebuilt engine which is running very well. This problem was there with the old engiine.
I've removed the drive shaft and checked the joints which appear OK. The vibration seems to be coming from the trans. Fluid level is ok. Seems to shift OK up thru the gears under heavy throttle.
But if you are just moving along at 45 or so she'll shudder
up a storm when you tip in. Any suggestions?
