Mpg jump
After I put smaller tires on my truck I noticed a very small milage increase not much .5 mpg maybe but last week it jumped from 14 all the way to 18.5 mpg my driving habits havent changed the only thing different was I added some stp fuel treatment could that possibly be the reason. This is a 94 f150 300 i6 manual trans

Shoulda mentioned it had 35 went down to 31 and I am adjusting for the differnence in miles traveled Between stock and the 31

Is your PSOM programmed for 31s or the stock tire size?

I reprogrammed mine for 31s.

Actually nevermind I figured it out.. Glad that was easy now I'll get a correct milage readings and the correct mpg thank you

The connector is located at the bottom of the instrumentpanel below the center of the glove box. On all vehicles, the dealer mode enable wire is Circuit #567 (LB/Y)

For reference it is Item #24 in the diagram below:
