Engine Dies When Hot.
hi, not sure which forum this should go in... my 78 f-150 w/400,c-6 is having problems. while driving it will stall and sometimes at a red light it will die on me. i tested the batt, control mod, coil, all good. fuel filter clean, carb not sticking. it will start right up again (hesitatingly).
maybe fuel pump??

Yes, fuel pump would be my guess, expecially since you've replaced or checked the other parts.
An old trick is to pour water over a faulty fuel pump; this will cool it and usually help it to re-start.
