Picked up donor engine for rebuild, need to ID?

Hi, I picked up my donor engine from the bone yard today. It's suppose to be a 390 and I am fairly sure it is. I haven't taken the oil pan off and looked at the crank because it is at the machinist's place.

But I got what information I could get off the old dirty engine and will post it here to see if someone can ID the engine. Here goes:

1. First, the engine is I assume from the middle to late sixties because it still has the expansion tank (the valve covers has mercury on them, so I'm thinking it came out of a Montego) attached for coolant storage.

2. Exhaust Manifold, C2SE9431B, and under that, upside down is 3E24

3. Two barrel intake and carb, intake has C4AE9426A

4. The only thing I can see on the engine block right now is on the front left there is "DIF." I can't see anyting else on the engine because of accumlated oil and dirt, not even the infamous "352."

Hopefully, from all this the engine can be identified by one of you experts. Thank you kindly for your time, Doc.
