Stereo Q's? Fitment? Upgrade?

I have a 2003 police pkg V-10. The stereo has a CD player and a cassette player.
I need to upgrade it to a model that has a "line in" feature, or a USB port. What years and models will interchange? What year/model would be my best bet to find what I'm looking for?

I'd install an aftermarket double din receiver. It will require a little trimming of the radio bezel, but is quite easy to install.
