heater blower

my 93 f150 heater blower only blows on high.
I put in a new blower motor resistor assembly but still it blows on high only! Any other suggestions???

Could be a faulty switch.

Had the same problem on an old VW golf of mine... turned out to be shorted/melted wiring near the blower motor on the lower speed settings.
