I've been using an Autel DS708 for half a year now. Certainly their tech/customer support leaves A LOT to be desired. I have yet to have them respond to any of my 3 inquiries on how to set up an account on their website to get updates. But, the scan tool is awesome! It blows away my more expensive OTC Genisys, and with the 3 years of free updates, it basically pays for itself twice compared to the cost of updating the OTC. Additionally, the tool covers all makes and systems versus the OTC where they charge for Asian, European, SRS and airbag, etc. With the Autel I was even able to program new keys to a Taurus where the owner didn't have 2 programmed keys.
