Missing at low speed
Hi guys, I've recently encountered the following condition with my '89 f150 I6. It idles fine, runs on the highway or at higher speeds under load fine, but when i shift up at low engine speeds (<1500rpm) or speed up in a lower gear the engine appears to miss. I'm pretty sure what I feel is the engine missing, and I changed the spark plugs a couple of weeks ago (same heat range as old plugs).
Any ideas?

Missing at low speed
I did that when I first bought the truck - well, I didnt block it off; I unplugged the vacume line going into the egr valve and the associated bucking seemed to go away. What I'm experiencing now is much more pronounced. It feels almost like the truck is running out of gas, or if you retard the ignition too much on a diesel.
