I used to get 12-13 towing with my 300-6, but i just couldnt resist putting a 4"lift and 33s on, now i get about 9-10 towing. Worst mpg i got was towing my '76 dodge powerwagon on 36s in high winds, got about 7mpg that day but just about every hill was a 3rd gear to the floor hill.

Not bad for nothing, but you'd of made more parting it out. The dually fenders alone are worth some good coin. Dodge truck stuff always seem to sell good and I've always had good luck parting them out. I know how good that easy money is though! If y'all knew how many Ford trucks of various vintages I've killed for a quick buck....

Ummm, actually, no, and no....The truck was junk...J-U-N-K....Period....Frame was swiss cheese, the cab was OK, engine-I have no clue....And it was flat bed....

And I TRIED to part it out...Usually Dana rears go FAST.....But oh well...

Also on the back i have one that says "6>8" Yeah, anyone who owns a six is EXTREMELY proud of it!

That being said, what has the world come to? I cant count how many people look at that 6>8 sticker and say "six equals eight? i dont get it...."

What extra springs did you use? When I load the Jeep up mine sags pretty bad.

Thanks,

baha,,im a bit late on this one..but V-8s are good for power and having fun (in my opinion hehe) but an inline 6 is hard to kill haha..specially the older ones...its probably the only engine you can let sit for YEARS..then take the valve covers off..lub it up,,and put some gas in the cab then jump off
