A couple of weeks ago i made a post about my 2005 F150 5.4 L A/C not working. I jump relay and it blows ice cold, only problem is it freezes up because obviously it is not cycling with me hotwiring across the relay. I have also seen several other posts about issues like mine, but no solid replies on testing procedure. I see many replies to blend door issue, many replies to air gap issue.
Is there a Ford tech out there that can post A/C troubleshooting procedure to test pressure switches, relays etc and the sequence for testing. I know i could buy an new relay, then buy a new pressure switch, etc, but i hate being a parts changer. i want a solution.
