In my book it does not list them . but it does list the torque for the different bolt sizes
1/4 -20 unc 7 lbs
5/16-18 unc 14 lbs
3/8-16 unc 24 lbs
7/16-14 unc 38 lbs
1/2 -13 unc 60 lbs
I just snugged mine up tight, It certainly isn't gonna be something like 15 ft/lbs, thats too low for something like the idler pulley. Dunno about the tensioner.

looks to me like that link gives you the max torque that a T50 head bolt can handle, not the reccomended torque for a bolt with that size head.
okay, in the 94-99 forum, i found 32 for the belt tensioner bolt and 41 for the idler pulley bolt. can anyone confirm this. I can't find anything on the net and the dealer won't call me back.
Guy, all you need to do is tighten the idler one up good. I did this to mine years ago and it has never had problems.
This is true, I've never seen anyone put a torque wrench on anything like that. I know there is a apec for every bolt on the truck but I only torque head bolts, rods, mains... stuff like that. Id just get them about as tight as you can with a standard length 3/8 ratchet.
well, finally found it. tsb 95-5-22. both are 40. I know you can just tighten them, but I feel better when I know they are set at what they are suppose to be set at.
You can over tighten these by hand. I overtightened my idler pulley by hand just the other day when putting on a new ps pump. My idler seized up and blew to pieces. Coulda been a coincidence but I think it was because I over tightened it.
