Torsion bar?

Ok, I feel stupid. 2005 Ford Ranger 2WD 3.0L do I have a Torsion Bar? any help? thanks

Look under your truck. They are long round bars that run from the tranny cross member area to the lower control arms on each side. You can't miss them

ok, so I do...any suggestions on shock type? I have 2WD and I see shocks that have 4WD in the info...does that mean I can't use it?

Nop you cant put 4x4 shocks on a 2wd the 4x4 shocks are longer and are stiffer, like you can but the ride will be weird
