Trailer wiring ?
In 99, Ford had a problem with prewired trailer connectors on the SD's(no 12v feed, backup lights,brake controls). I know there is a TSB on it, but does anyone know what the fix is? Thank you for any help.

Check out this site. It may tell you if a TSB has been issued, unfortunately you'll have to pay to see the document.

You're other options are:
Do a web search for "TSB" or, ask your dealer about it.

I don't know of a TSB for that problem. I do know that even if you ordered the trailer tow package, the fuses and relays required to make your battery charge line and reverse lights work were not installed at the factory. The truck should have come with a bag of those parts along with installation instructions. I know my Feb 2000 build F350 came with the parts in a bag in the <a href="http://motorhaven.autoanything.com/">glove box</a>.
