99 Explorer Driving and Dash Issues

99 Explorer Driving and Dash Issues
I have a 99 Explorer- Sport 4X4 in and while driving both the factory driving/fog lamps died as well as the dash board lights. I would think this is a fuse? If so can anyone tell me which fuse it may be?
If not does anyone have any thoughts?
As well can anyone recommend great driving lights that will fit nicely into the air dam?
