AC Issue

Summer has returned to Florida and I am having a problem with my AC. I have noticed that when the truck (08) is not moving it seems to cool just fine but when you get up to speed the ac dos'nt perform as it should. I think I read somewhere on the site that some have had a problem with the damper door allowing outside air into the system. You can also feel the humidity in the air coming from the vents when you get up to speed.
Any thoughts?

What about on the recirculation mode?
If you put it on the recirculation mode does it seem to push more air?

Maybe it is just low on freon?
