I should be stamped on the drum. If not, the guy that turns them should be able to find out for you. If he can't, take them somewhere else. I use the local NAPA for my turnings.
Also check prices for new drums. The machine shop I deal with say's it's costing him so much for cutters he has to charge so much it's almost cheaper for new drums. Of course sometimes it's hard to find new stuff anymore.
If I remember correctly when I replaced my front drums on my 65, I couldnt get rebuilds, just new, and they were about $150 a piece 15 years ago. Getting them turned is probably cheaper Im betting.

If they are 11" drums, machine to would be 11.060 and discard would be 11.090.
