This is for the 65 mustang, got it all ready for paint and going to clean up the engine bay and maybe some other upgrades to the motor.
SGI doenst have anything unfortunatly.
Im going to check around all the wreckers here this weekend, but Im not holding my breath.
Not to steal your thread or get off track, but I just noticed that you've got a 393 stroker windsor in that 65 stang you're asking about.
Mind if I start throwing millions of questions at you? hahahaha!
I'm looking into building one, and I've done lots of research, but lots of it is very general for an engine noobie like myself. Having someone that knows what they're doing as a "go-to" man would be wonderful!
I remember PMing you about my FMx tranny before and asking a few questions, but I've considered my 351W and turning it into more of a torque monster by stroking it into a 383, 393 or 408.
Maybe we can talk on this further, cause I'm chomping at the bit here to start getting more info to see if it's really worth it to get a stroker in a towing/hauling truck.
I realise that my 2.75 gears won't ever hold up, nor will my FMX, but I'm more interested in your opinion on a stroker engine than anything else.

I have a computer for a 97 Explorer with a 5.0L but no harness.
Thanks 51dueller, I'l keep that in mind.
Found a mustang wrecker in the states that responded to an email inquiry, they have both EEC-IV and EEC-V harnesses and computer. Just gotta call and see if I need to take out a second mortgage or not.
