How much does it cost to put a truck in there general admission? The one up in Pa, you could park in the fairgrounds and set up a tent and grill or whatever. It was just a huge truck show, but they had an actual judged show as well if you wanted to pay extra.

I guess the plan is to meet somewhere close to the show and caravan in from there. A couple of the guys want to show up at 0900. How about the Wal-Mart at the west end of the fairgrounds? It's a nice big parking lot.

I'm sure they'll have food vendors in there so you shouldn't have to leave.

Well, this is what I get for planning ahead. I already bought advance tickets and I can only register the truck at the gate the morning of. Oreily's won't let me return the tickets, so if anyone wants to get three adults and two kids in, I have tickets. It was $59 for us to get in as spectators, and only $70 to register the truck for the day.

I'll give a $9 discount for FTE members and sell 3 adult tickets and 2 kids tickets for $50 Oreily's gives the receipt as a ticket, so everybody has to go in together.

Any takers?

Ches - they will let you leave and return if you get your hand stamped. I'm thinking of packing a cooler to keep lunch and drinks in and leaving it in the back of the car, but it will really depend on what kind of mood I'm in Saturday morning.

My plan is to bring my tent and truck and set up a base of operations for the FTE gang. You can bring the coolers and chairs and leave them by the truck and just come back and sit when you need a rest.
