Welcome to FTE. As mentioned, you'll need a better scanner to see the code. The 7.3 engine is not OBDII compliant so all those cheap scanners that say 96 and up won't read the engine codes. Stop by the 7.3 diesel section further down the forum and start another thread there telling us more about your problem. Maybe we can offer a few suggestions.
