Finally
Well, I have finally decided to dive into the diesel age and bought my first one. It is a 2000 7.3 w/ 266K. I thought the miles were sort of high but it was right for my situation. What should I be looking for and what should i focus on fist? I will post a pic as soon as i can and hope to gain friends and advise over the coming years. Thanks

You say that like it is a bad thing. From everything I have read and understand diesels average 500K and can go well beyond that if taken care of. Truck is relatively clean so I assumed it was allot of highway miles.
