check to see if #30 fuse is blown...its for the fuel bowl heater, and they are common to short out. the fuse also controls the pcm.
also, the cps could be the problem. give those and check and report back, im sure some of the experts will be waking up soon

Do you hear any clicking when you turn the key? Try jumping the big terminals on the starter solenoid it is located on the passenger side inner fender right by the vacuum pump and right behind the battery.

thank you for the help.i got under the dash and the screw that holds the gear shift in place had come out,not allowing it to stay in park while i tried to start it.I screwed it back in and I am BACK IN ACTION. Thanks again for the help
