yet, another no start

just would like to confirm my suspicions....before i spend the cash....

1995 F350 PS....143,000 miles......have had very little problems with this truck. My father bought in 1995 with only a few thousand miles on it. I bought it from mom when my dad died.......explains the so few miles on a 16 year old truck....anyway, drove it last weekend to my shop. It ran perfect. Went to leave about an hour later, it wouldn't start. You can tell that the injectors aren't firing because of the way it sounds when it is turning over.....faster than normal, no white smoke, etc...checked for fuel in the bowl, it was good...installed a new filter while i was at it. Checked fuel pressure......50 psi or so.....did not have my scan tool with me, so i decided to try a cps......no difference....left it there and drove another vehicle home. My brother went over there a couple of hours later, and it started.....
A few days later, i drove it again to get a pallet of sod.....ran perfect....I did shut it off once, and it started, but it was kind of acting like it needed more fuel.....but once it started, it ran great....
Today, i drove it again. Ran it rather hard by pulling a 25 ft goose neck trailer. It ran great. Good power, no problems. When I got home, shut it off, loaded the trailer....no start. It seems to only do this when the engine is hot.
Hooked up my auto enginuity scan tool......the software found the connector, recognized it was hooked up the truck, but could no read the PCM....I know the software works, because i also have a F450 that i have used it on.
I tried several things by reading the former posts relating to the IPR and the other things, to no avail......I removed the PCM and the onlyu evidence of water in it is a little moisture at the connector. My suspension is a bad PCM.......what do y'all think?
Where is the best and fastest place to get one?
Thanks in advance

mike

No start hot is an internal HP oil leak usually . IPR O ring is a cheap test , next is injector O rings , not so cheap ...

^^^^^^ What he said. Computers typically aren't as concerned with engine temp as the problems you're having. IPR should be the first check.
