One side is a 3/16" NPT, the other side is 1/4" NPT...only Ford knows why it's that way. Weatherhead p/n 7818 is a brass adapter that will let you use 3/16" line on the side with the 1/4" thread. And yes, the wheel cylinders are 3/16".
