OBD-2 Port intermittent
I have a 2002 F-150 4.6 Triton. The obd port works on and off for a reason that evades me. Ive checked the lighter/obd and all is good .
I found the above diagram and i woukd like help in trying to track this issue.

Look at pin 16 for being pushed back or bent, first.
Look at all the others for an issue as well.
Pin 16 powers the Scanner or other device you plug into the port.
Power for pin 16 comes from the same circuit the lighter is powered from.
