I'm sorry if this has been brought up before. I would really like to add the factory Sony speaker system to my 09 king Ranch crew cab. I waxwonering is anyone has done this and what it would take. I spoke with my dealership and they had not done this before. Any help would be great..thanks

 

youll prolly be better off going with aftermarket speakes, amp and sub.

Ive heard the sony system blows.

 

I have the Sony Stereo in my FX4 and in my SHO.

The FX4 one is really nice for a Factory Stereo. The bass even hits pretty good.

For 450 bucks I think its worth it. Aftermarket wise, you're better off with what blackknight said.

 

Is there much difference in the stock unit and the sony unit from the factory? I mean is it like a noticable improvement?

 

I've always been the person whose first mod was to get rid of the factory stereo system, but I must admit the Sony one is actually really good for an OEM system. I haven't felt the need to mod that one.
